ISS Solutions Announces Executive Appointment in Clinical Engineering

ISS Solutions, a leading technology lifecycle management provider, announced today the hiring of Paul C. Monahan Jr. as Regional Director, Northeast. In this role, Mr. Monahan is responsible for many aspects of ISS Solutions’ Clinical Engineering programs, including new business development, operations management, expanding client engagements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Mr. Monahan comes to ISS Solutions with 40 years of experience in healthcare technology, most recently as Sr. Vice President, Clinical Engineering for ABM Healthcare Support Services. Mr. Monahan joined ABM in 2010 through the acquisition of The Linc Group, where he held the position of Senior Vice President of Linc Health and President of Technology in Medicine (TiM). TiM was acquired by The Linc Group in 2007 and became a subsidiary of Linc Health.

Beginning his career as a field service technician at TiM, Mr. Monahan spent the next three decades applying his skills and experience as the company expanded nationally through the acquisition and integration of six service organizations. He held several high level operational and management positions at TiM, including Manager of Resident Technician Programs, Director of Technical Services, and Senior Vice President.

Mr. Monahan is a sought after speaker who lectures nationally and has been on various industry advisory boards. He has served as president of the Medical Device Society of Boston and on the Clinical Engineering Steering Committee of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
