Employee Spotlight: Tom DeNoville

In his role as Senior Director of Clinical Engineering at ISS Solutions, Tom DeNoville is involved in many different aspects of the business. Every day, Tom makes decisions to facilitate sales and ensure that healthcare technology services are delivered when and where they are needed. When asked about the most satisfying part of his job, Tom was very specific. “The most satisfying part of my job,” said Tom, “is the training and mentoring of our managers for their future development as leaders within ISS Solutions.” Indeed, one important aspect of Tom’s job is making sure that his employees have the knowledge they need to fulfill the basic requirements of their roles and to continue growing in their careers. Training not only benefits the individual but also contributes to client satisfaction, quality and safe patient care and the company’s bottom line. “Tom’s team of employees and supporting managers are informed, trained and deliver exemplary customer service,” said Frank Rubino, Vice President of Clinical Engineering of Non-Geisinger clients. “ISS Solutions’ clients benefit by receiving the highest quality outcome at the point-of-service as well as achieving superior regulatory compliance.” Tom also strives to be present outside of the office, something that he considers very important. “Being in the field allows me the opportunity to get the ‘pulse’ of the client and ISS Solutions staff, ensuring we are meeting their expectations and goals and continuing to develop a successful partnership for the future,” said Tom. Tom has been a part of ISS Solutions since 2010, when he was first brought on as a District Operations Manager. Tom has studied business administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has an associate degree in electronic technology from the Brick Technology Institute. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and has trained in LEAN. He also has Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and vendor training for various pieces of medical and IT equipment. During his free time, Tom travels, plays golf, and enjoys going on date nights with his wife.
