ISS Solutions celebrated U.S. Congress-proclaimed National Customer Service Week in its Langhorne, Pennsylvania headquarters with a bevy of fun-filled activities for employees. ISS Solutions’ corporate headquarters is also home to its 7x24x365 contact center, staffed with over 50 IT tech-savvy analysts, who respond to over 20,000 requests for help from clients each month.
Customer Service Week recognizes the importance of customer service and honors customer service professionals. Each year, thousands of companies across the United States and around the world celebrate Customer Service Week, united by their profound commitment to quality customer service. ISS Solutions’ vice president of information technology, Ed Butler, sponsored the fun-filled activities celebrated in Langhorne this week. Mr. Butler says, “Customer service is the cornerstone of our collective success. I appreciate the way our dedicated employees listen and respond to clients’ problems. Our technicians and contact center analysts serve clients with skill and good cheer, and deserve the recognition and fun activities held during Customer Service Week.”
Fun activities included dressing in favorite ’80s garb, a team-building chair design contest, ugly t-shirt/tie day, wacky hat day, favorite sports team apparel day and barbeque, and Hawaiian shirt day.
